Yes! Finally, I have been waiting for this brilliant year for so long! The only one I haven't seen yet is Massey, but overall it's a very difficult year, it might be between Olivier, Fonda and maybe Chaplin. Stewart won't win (this nomination and win is probably his weakest nominated performance, althought it was great because Stewart was always great!). I'll be waiting for the results!
The performance that deserves it is Fonda. The performance that could usurp it is Olivier. The performance I'm the most fond of for personal reasons is Chaplin. The performance that was good but not great, both Stewart and Massey.

I'll predict Fonda, though this is an interesting year.
I would go with Olivier this year.
For me it's either Fonda or Chaplin.
Predictions:
1. Fonda
2. Olivier
3. Chaplin
4. Massey
5. Stewart
Could you do 1959 after 1940? I am so interested in it. :)
I hope you pick Fonda but I think Chaplin might get your win.
