Robards I think will win, Dalton I think was better than Hopkins, York I thought of course was great but I think ull only give him about 3.5, Reed was just ok.
1.Jason Robards 2.Timothy Dalton 3.Anthony Hopkins 4.Michael York 5.Oliver Reed
I can't believe this is finally happening!!! I can't wait to see your review on Hopkins' performance, which I think is one of the greatest of all time and his personal best. He really held his own against Hepburn and O'Toole. This will be an exciting year!
I have no opinion on any of these. For the record, though, when you get to Leading Actor 2004, could you review Jim Carrey in Eternal Sunshine and Kevin Bacon in The Woodsman?
@Anonymous: Oh, Carrey has to be a MUST for that year. The older I get, the more I appreciate his performance in that movie. One day I hope he gives a performance of that caliber again.
If you go back to the 90s can i recomend these performances Morgan Freeman in Se7en Robert De Niro in Heat Ian McKellen in Richard III Leonardo Dicaprio in The Basketball Diaries
