Oh, finally! I really love Clift this year, I hope you'll pick him. I usually love Holden but I really don't get his performance in this.

I like everyone this year save Burton. This is a very good year in my opinion. I haven't the foggiest idea who you'll pick. I might be leaning towards Lancaster though, as he has been a favorite of mine for sometime.

Unfortunately, I haven´t seen any of this year´s nominations, but my prediction for your pick is:

1) Montgomery Clift
2) William Holden
3) Burt Lancaster
4) Marlon Brando
5) Richard Burton

As much as I loved Holden's work in Stalag 17, the Oscar that year should've gone to Clift.

I really liked Holden. I saw From Here to Eternity five years ago so I can't decide, really.

1)Clift
2)Holden
3)Lancaster
4)Brando
5)Burton

Holden actually thought that Burt Lancaster should have won.

Yes!! Finally, thanks for doing this year! Clift HAS to win, he was clearly the best, and this is a year where I've seen all 5 nominees. Lancaster needs to go last because he did nothing, Burton is usually great but he wasn't as good in The Robe, Brando was Brando and Holden was terrific but second to me.

Definately Clift

Clift, though Brando wouldn't be a bad choice.

My pick is Montgomery Clift.
