Pacino, hands down.

It's hard to say, but I think Pacino will win, I really feel it's just between him and Jack, who I felt was good, but overrated, just like the whole movie.

Have seen parts of Dog Day Afternoon, but not nearly any of it, it was a really long time ago when I did.

Walter is convincing as the old man in Sunshine Boys. Very good part. I think this is Jack's year.

Nicholson is fantastic - but Pacino is perfect here.

Jack easily iconic and plays to his strengths, the film is wel lmade and the other cast spot on i would nom 2 of the supporting actors will sampson & brad dourif.

Pacino is very effective but i feel you sympathise with Jack more!

Whitmore just shouts for 2 hours the movie/play is unbearable,he is solid but my god i could only sit through 70 mins b4 i switched off.

Not seen the other 2.

I'm stupid, I forgot to predict:
1)Pacino
2)Jack
3)Schell
4)Whitmore
5)Matthau

Personally, I loved Matthau (I love his acting in general, too) but I think you won't like him that much.
