Best Actor 1959

And the Nominees Were:

James Stewart in Anatomy of A Murder

Jack Lemmon in Some Like it Hot

Charlton Heston in Ben-Hur

Paul Muni in The Last Angry Man

Laurence Harvey in Room at the Top

I suppose this is my special Easter edition of best actor thanks to the actual winner Ben-Hur.

I like Harvey this year - never got the extreme appeal of the others.

For me it's Lemmon then Stewart then Harvey then Heston and I haven't seen Muni. I can't really Both are great. Stewart is great, too.

Predictions:
1)Stewart
2)Harvey
3)Lemmon
4)Heston
5)Muni

This comment took me some tries, LOL.

I've only seen three performances and I think Stewart was the best and then Lemmon, Heston is probably going to be last because he was good but his movie was better than him. Such a great year!
