I really like Anthony Quinn's performance....I think he'd be my pick.
Interesting year to me! But I've only seen Harrison.
I really love Rex! Can't wait to see what you think of him!
Joe Burns: You really should see the other nominees Joe. The films are great. Fritz: Is he your pick?
I have only seen Harrison and Sellers. Harrison didn't impress me, but he was so fun to watch. Anyway, I'm predicting it's gonna be either Sellers or O' Toole.
I've seen all these performances many times--it was a great year for acting. I'll have to go with Sexy Rexy(as he was called in those days)--a combination of singing(even though he talks his songs, he does it superbly) and acting-he creates a true English professor with much more than what was in the script.
I agree, this was an amazing year. I can't imagine anyone else in this role but Rex Harrison. Then again, the other performances were all perfect as well. Fritz, I don't envy you - this is a tough year to pick just one winner. I don't think I could do it!
Sorry, I meant Louis!! lol
